Garlic Types!
- Chesnok- With this garlic, the beauty is in the eating. Roast it, put it in hearty stews, and enjoy the heck out of it. I love what it does to chicken!!
- Siberian- Beautiful large bulbs with large cloves, this garlic does especially well on our heavy rich prairie soil. Great all-purpose garlic, but especially rich and nutty when roasted.
- Poland- Lovely color on this one. It's grace is its richness. It just makes everything taste better.
- Leah- This is the one people tend to pick as their favorite when we do a tasting with dipping oils. Mild and gentle when raw, without sacrificing flavor.
- Georgian- This one packs a punch. I like it, but I only serve it cooked unless you are feeding folks who like it hot!! Perfect for sauces.
- Music- Sweetest of them all, my guest-in-testing tell me. A little difficult to grow in our heavy prairie siol, but worth the try, since it tastes so good.
